ABOUT THE ROLE

The Client Support Specialist is tasked with ensuring customers are using our FECPAKG2 animal diagnostic platform successfully. You’ll need outstanding communication skills which you will use online, on the phone and via email to train and support FECPAKG2 users.

This will be achieved by:

  • Training clients to successfully use FECPAKG2; Techion’s animal health diagnostic platform
  • Onboarding clients
  • Providing customer support including trouble-shooting IT and connectivity issues 
  • Developing and maintaining customer support and training resources

The successful candidate will be part of the sales and marketing team and work closely with other teams including; laboratory and information technology.

This full-time permanent position is based at Invermay, just outside Mosgiel, with normal working hours from 8.30am - 5pm. As the role liaises with clients across various markets – in particular Australia – there may on occasion be a requirement to work from 11am – 7pm or o public holidays with time in lieu.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Confident communication using telephone, email, video conference and chat channels
  • Excellent client relationships
  • Experience training clients would be an advantage
  • Familiar with networking and internet technologies
  • A background in animal health and/or an understanding of, or experience working with farmers would be an advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Bitrix or other CRM systems
